At Morgan Civil and Structural, we believe in making meaningful contributions to our communities. Our team’s passions guide our charitable work – we back initiatives close to their hearts, such as local schools and sports clubs.
Through our annual ’12 Days of Christmas’ campaign, we support twelve local causes that matter, from local food banks to youth projects. We actively encourage our team to participate in volunteer opportunities, such as helping our local primary school give their tired classrooms a fresh make-over.
We also maintain strong bonds with local schools and colleges, offering work experience placements and mentoring future engineers. Our partnerships include STEM workshops and site visits.
And when our projects take us to new areas, we invest in community initiatives, such as our contribution to Glastonbury in Bloom, helping to create vibrant public spaces.

Our ISO 14001 certification reflects our dedication to environmental management. This international standard guides our practices in reducing waste, improving resource efficiency and minimising our carbon footprint.
We’ve nominated an environmental champion, who leads our in-house green initiatives, sharing practical steps with the team and measuring our progress. Regular staff training keeps our environmental priorities at the forefront, while our quality audits help us spot areas where we can improve our practices and reduce our impact further.

Our ISO 9001 certification underpins our commitment to quality management and continuous improvement. This framework helps us deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes while maintaining robust professional standards across our practice.
We champion diversity through active membership of Women in Property and as signatories of the Bristol Property Inclusion Charter. Our in-house ED & I Champion drives positive change, leading our ED & I initiatives and providing guidance for continual improvement.
And our ICE-accredited training scheme supports our staff at every career stage, while our membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Institute of Structural Engineers connects us to best practice and professional excellence.
