Morgan Civil and Structural has consistently worked in the volumetric residential sector since 2005 and subsequently become one of the most preferred consultancy practices in the Southern region. 

Priding ourselves on not only understanding the preferred design parameters but also the commercial impact and coordination matrix of ground investigation, third party suppliers, ground worker build route, sales, boundary conditions, section agreements and more.

Working with numerous PLC developers to HA providers, Morgan Civil and Structural have been delivering sites from a one Phase 420 units to more complex medium / smaller sites. Due to this collective expertise, we are the only consultant to provide foundation and key feature due diligence appraisals prior to land purchase, thus minimising design and cost risk.

From our offices based in Bristol and Cardiff we are able to cover a large area with previous projects locations from the Isle of Sheppey, to Cornwall, up to Birmingham and in Wales.
