Project Overview
The Fusion Point One project saw an existing 65,000sqft commercial building comprehensively refurbished to provide Grade A office space over 4 floors. The building features an impressive new double height entrance and a sustainable theme throughout. A new single storey extension formed a wellness space with shower facilities and externally features included unique break-out areas and multiple electric vehicle charging points.

Fusion Point was built on the site of a former abattoir the foundations and hardstanding had not been removed causing construction issues on the new wellness space. Necessitating a complete re-design and change of construction strategy.
