Project Overview

Originally known as the Dunlop Building, Alliance House was built in 1881 as new premises for Dunlop, Mackie & Co. wine merchants, historically the building was used to prepare goods for transport and fronted directly onto the open port. The historic building has been given a new lease of life and transformed into 44 high-specification apartments with retail space to the ground floor. The new apartments sold-out quickly with over 25% of sales secured on the launch weekend.
