A former flour mill, Chapel Mill dates back to the early 1900s and has a wealth of Victorian architecture and history within its walls. The former mill had been converted into offices in the 1980s with a single-storey extension to the front. The project entailed transforming the building into 20 new contemporary apartments, enviably positioned with access to the Bristol to Bath cycle track.
