Situated within Emerson’s Green, Vertex Park provides top-tier business units in Bristol, catering to the needs of businesses in both the city and the broader South West region.
The site, initially green field, was designated within the Lyde Green master plan for commercial purposes, aligning with the employment opportunities associated with the Lyde Green residential development.
Morgan Civil and Structural delivered the civil and structural design on this logistic facility on the outskirts of Bristol.
Works included are maintenance bays, a vehicle washdown and high specification offices plus associated hardstanding for lorry parking.
Green field site with surface runoff controlled by use of swales.
End client has been very pleased and has shown the finished building to other operators.
